"This is a success story that I’ve been sharing with friends and office associates. Having a relationship with a good property manager is absolutely necessary to having rental property. Especially important is having a property manager that is also a realtor—that is a definite plus. Not all states have people that are both. Here in Hawaii there are property managers and there are realtors. They keep the function totally separate.
